Living Beauty Direct Ltd cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries aside of the estimated services we offer.

UK Orders : Estimated Delivery Times
All UK orders are shipped via FedEx, our dedicated courier.
On occasion, and at our discretion, we may ship your order with RoyalMail Special Delivery based on size, weight and cost of your order.

We endeavour to pick, check and pack all orders as quickly as possible when received.
For orders received before 11.30am, you can normally expect your order to be delivered the next working day.
Next Working Day refers to Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Outside of the UK
Unless otherwise stated or requested, all orders outside of the UK are shipped via Royal Mail or our dedicated courier.
Once your order has been dispatched a confirmation e-mail with tracking information will be provided for you to track your order.

Delivery costs for orders outside of the UK are based on weight and value of the item, when you go to check out you will be provided with a range of delivery options to choose from.
